Our bearer shares give you all rights of a share holder, with a profit share in the form of dividends. Each share costs a fixed 1 dollar cent. The company ownership is divided into a fixed supply of 400 million shares.
The bearer shares behave much like bearer bonds, they will pay interest in the form of company dividends to the holder. All company revenue is divided equally between all bearer bond holders. As it is a bearer bond structure, there needs be a maturity date, where we buy the bearer bonds back. This will happen after 10 years, at which time they will be redeemed for the purchase price. You can however buy them back immediately and extend being a co-owner for another 10 years, should you wish to do so.
Due to the legal framework, your investment is safe and secure as it is registered as a loan which must legally be returned to you. During the time that loan is unsettled you enjoy all the benefits of a share holder.
Upon maturity, even if the value of the company dramatically increases, you will have a week to repurchase all your bearer shares at the original price.
At any time you have the ability to sell your bearer bonds, independently from our agreement, privately to any price that you agree. So if the dividends increase as our revenue grows, there is a chance to gain additional value when the bearer bonds go up in price.
