"Tradesman" escrow

If you do for example any type of construction, building,repair or decorating work you are familiar with the problem of delayed payments. Setting up a smart contract and locking the agreed price in an escrow will get you paid immediately when your work is finished. On the other end, your client has increased security of the work being done in a correct and timely fashion.

"Product delivery" escrow

Scared of buying from an online vendor? The offer is fantastic but the seller is an unknown entity.

Set up a smart contract, where the locked in payment is released upon delivery.
